Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely ground blanched almond meal
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 egg white or one egg's worth of egg replacer
Steps
- In a food processor, pulse together the almond meal and sugar.
- Add the extracts and egg white, and process until a thick dough forms.
- Knead the dough a few times and form it into a log.
- It will keep in the refrigerator for at least a month, and up to six months in the freezer.
