Trumpet Mushroom Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 1 pound king trumpet mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Steps
- Use a fork to shred the mushrooms
- Stir together the remaining ingredients in a sealable container, and marinade the mushrooms for at least 10 minutes, or up to three days.
- Sauté with a little oil until crispy, or however you'd like.
