Trumpet Mushroom Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 pound king trumpet mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Steps

  • Use a fork to shred the mushrooms
  • Stir together the remaining ingredients in a sealable container, and marinade the mushrooms for at least 10 minutes, or up to three days.
  • Sauté with a little oil until crispy, or however you'd like.
