Lebanese couscous

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) dry moghrabieh (large couscous)
  • Spices, as desired
  • Broth

Steps

  • Boil the couscous in salted water for 10 minutes, and then drain.
  • Add oil or butter to the pan and fry on low heat with spices for 10 minutes.
  • Pour in broth and simmer until soft, about 20 minutes.
