Lebanese couscous
Ingredients
- 500 g (1 lb) dry moghrabieh (large couscous)
- Spices, as desired
- Broth
Steps
- Boil the couscous in salted water for 10 minutes, and then drain.
- Add oil or butter to the pan and fry on low heat with spices for 10 minutes.
- Pour in broth and simmer until soft, about 20 minutes.
