Tahini sesame cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Steps
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat together the butter, sugar, and honey at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the tahini, then the dry ingredients in two batches.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough and press into a dish of sesame seeds.
- Arrange two inches apart on a lined baking tray.
- Bake 13-15 minutes, until golden brown, and cool on the tray.
