Balsamic Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 3-4 large ripe tomatoes
- Some olive oil
Steps
- Boil the balsamic vinegar and sugar in a saucepan until thick and syrupy.
- Slice the tomatoes and lay them out in a pan.
- Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil and spoon or pour the syrup onto the tomatoes.
- Roast at 250 degrees F for 2 hours.
