Ingredients

  • 50 g (1/2 cup) instant oats
  • 10 g (1 tablespoon) dry milk powder
  • 15 g (1 tablespoon) dried blackcurrants
  • 5 g (1 1/2 teaspoons) packed brown sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons each of pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, flax meal, nuts, et cetera as desired
  • A couple dashes ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt

Steps

  • Mix dry ingredients and portion out.
  • Add boiling water and stir. Let it rest until softened, about 2 minutes.
