Ingredients
- 50 g (1/2 cup) instant oats
- 10 g (1 tablespoon) dry milk powder
- 15 g (1 tablespoon) dried blackcurrants
- 5 g (1 1/2 teaspoons) packed brown sugar
- 1-2 teaspoons each of pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, flax meal, nuts, et cetera as desired
- A couple dashes ground cinnamon
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A pinch of salt
Steps
- Mix dry ingredients and portion out.
- Add boiling water and stir. Let it rest until softened, about 2 minutes.
